Office fit out costs vary based on square footage, existing conditions, scope, finishes, engineering requirements, and whether the project involves renovations or a full interior build-out. Costs also change when amenities, specialty spaces, or major systems upgrades are included. A structured planning and programming phase helps define priorities early, improve budget accuracy, and reduce costly changes later in the project.
